Advanced Beekeeping Workshop

Raising Healthy Winter Bees: Keeping Varroa Mites in Check and Bees Fed– Heike Williams

This workshop is recommended for beekeepers who have at least one year experience or are participants in the Oregon Master Beekeeping Program.

Please bring your hat/veil, gloves and water.

FREE Lunch Provided.

Agenda for the day includes:

-Understanding winter bees.

-Hands on work with honey bee colonies.

-Learning about the pros and cons of different treatments and feeding methods.

-Information about the Oregon Master Beekeeping Program.

RVSP would be very helpful even if you are not 100% sure that you are going to make it.
