Possible queenless, maybe queen cells? Advice?

    Well the one pic looks like a hatched queen cell and the photo with the 2 queen/swarm cells looks like the first one went around and killed her competition. My guess is that you have a virgin queen in there getting ready for her mating flights. You should have a laying queen in another week (ish). I'd just leave it alone at this point.

    I fear I may have lost my queen in my nuc that is a month and a half old. Not a lot of capped brood, lots of drone cells, interesting enough they are making drone cells on the bottoms of the frame, like in free space not on the comb of the frame. So I may have laying workers. I know it's usually useless to try and fix it but I’m game to try. I also noticed queen cells this morning (I think). I’ll attach some pics and see what y’all think. I think one hatched? Should I just install a new queen and smush the queens cells?
